How does the quote work?
We come out free of charge, look at the problem and give you a firm price on the spot. You approve it, then we start. Nothing begins without your go-ahead, and the invoice matches the quote.
What if a repair fails?
We come back, simple as that. It is rare, but if something gives way after our visit, you call us and we come back to put it right. We would far rather a problem was properly solved than leave a customer with a repair that lasts three weeks.
Do you work at night, at weekends and in emergencies?
Yes, 24/7. For an active leak or water damage, call straight away: someone picks up immediately and we come out the same day where possible. By email or through the form it takes under 4 hours, so in an emergency the phone is better.
Do you speak English or Dutch?
Yes. We can answer you in English, en français of in het Nederlands, on the phone and on site.
Which areas do you cover?
The whole Brussels-Capital Region, all 19 communes. Based at Place du Champ de Mars, we travel from Uccle to Evere and from the city centre to the European quarter.
